Thame Museum puts oral histories of long-term residents online

The Thame Museum in Oxfordshire has recently put a selection of their local oral history interviews online. Their oral history project began in 2007 and some 40 people have been interviewed so far with the recordings covering a range of local subjects, places and events. ‘In The First Person’ provides index to 17,000 oral histories

In the First Person is a free index of close to 4,000 collections of personal narratives in English from around the world, including 17,000 oral histories.
