Full time and fixed term for 18 – 21 months Salary £29,608

The role of the Project Engagement Co-ordinator is vital for the delivery of the Connecting Sound Scotland Project as part of the development of a distributed Scottish sound archive (Sound Scotland).  The role will develop, co-ordinate and implement a range of engagement, learning and training activities as part of the project.

The role will make a pro-active contribution to the awareness, understanding and enjoyment of Scotland’s audio heritage through activities which will encourage a wide variety of people. This includes those who manage sound collections in professional and voluntary roles, learners, researchers and educators in formal and community education environments. Creative audiences and those that wish to engage with sound collections for enjoyment will also be key audiences for the project.
